Seasonal
to Year Round Conversions (synopsis):
A person, prior to converting a season dwelling
must seek a Conversion Permit
from the Board of Selectmen
. Applicants must demonstrate that the septic system
has a prior State approval
, or that sufficient site conditions exist to allow for the replacement of the
existing system with a State approved system should the old system fail.

Ban
on Winter Parking (synopsis):
No overnight parking
will be allowed from November 1 through April 1 on any Town
road
. Violators will be towed at their expense.
(For the purposes of winter road maintenance.)
